Due to the layout of the Kelmarsh Country Fair, competitors will need to pass through part of the fair when passing from the Shooters Car Park, campsite & zero range to the bridge over the lake where the two courses start.
All shooters must therefore case their rifles at all times until they reach our courses.
Anyone transporting an uncased rifle in the main Country Fair could face removal from the show ground. Once over the bridge & onto the courses your rifles may be uncased.
The competition will, be run to UKAHFT rules (when hosted in the UK) & will consist of two 30 shot courses set to the UKAHFT course format, each competitor will shoot one course on the Sunday & the other course on the Monday. There will be both morning & afternoon shooting sessions, if you shoot the morning session on the Sunday you will be shooting the afternoon session on the Monday.
Cost of entry to the event is £25, this will include access to the Game fair for both days & entry to the event.
Entries will be limited to 360 shooters with entry closing on Saturday, 28 February 2009, this will allow enough time to organise the correct number of goody bags
Camping will be available but there will be a fee for this as Countryman Fairs will have to prepare the site with running water, showers & toilets.
