WHFTA is not responsible for any competitor accrued costs should there be cancellation or alteration of the event date. it is recommended competitors utilise accomodation free cancellatio/alteration when booking accomodation.
what happens now?
once you've completed your online entry, you'll receive both an email and sms confirmation of your booking. this will include your unique whfta booking reference, keep hold of that for later down the line!
nearer to the event we will publish the whfta 2023 entry lists along with groups and sessions.
