Welcome to whfta 2022 tickets information

So, you've booked your place in WHFTA 2022 (congrats by the way), what happens next? Have read of the information below to find out!

All WHFTA 2022 Competitors will receive in the post a Weston Park Country Fair wristband and a mirror hanger, these will allow WHFTA 2022 Competitors entry into the Country Fair and therefore allow you access to the WHFTA Events area. These will be sent to the address provided on your entry form, whether that be online or via postal entry. Wristbands and mirror hangers will be arriving from the week commencing 29th August, we expect these items to be with you all by the week commencing 12th September. So, keep an eye out for these dropping through your door!

Due to the postal strikes currently taking place in the UK, a further grace period of 3 days will be given for tickets arriving with WHFTA 2022 Competitors. So, if you're tickets have not arrived by 15th September, please do get in touch with us via the email address below. We have mechanisms in place to assist should this occur. Unfortunately, this is something out WHFTA's. control.
 
Please can all WHFTA 2022 Competitors ensure that they have their wristbands to hand when approaching the entrance to the fair. Doing this will ensure a more efficient flow of traffic on to the ground.
 
We must remind WHFTA 2022 Competitors that it is their responsibility to ensure that they have their wristband with them when they come to the event!

I’ve have changed address since I submitted my entry to WHFTA 2022, what should I do?

Contact the WHFTA Team via the email address above and explain the situation. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase if it was an on line entry and also your details. So name, class and previous address.

My tickets haven’t arrived by 12th September, what should I do?

I wish to bring someone else with me to the event but they are not a WHFTA Competitor, can they come along?

​Yes absolutely! However, they will have to purchase a separate ticket to the Country Fair. It is advised that they pre-purchase this via the Weston Park Country Fair Booking page, it works out cheaper than paying on the day. This can be done HERE.

I am travelling to the event but I have forgotten my wristband. What do I do?

I’m no longer attending WHFTA 2022 can I sell my wristband to someone wanting get into the fair?

​No. Each wristband is serialised and allocated to each WHFTA 2022 Competitor, this will be checked on entry into the grounds.

I have lost my wristband to the event, what do I do?

Contact the WHFTA Team via the email above and explain the situation. Unfortunately as WHFTA only have a set allocation of wristbands which are serialised to each WHFTA 2022 Competitor, the likelihood is that you will have to buy a ticket to enter the fair. Your entry for the WHFTA 2022 Competition will still be valid and no further fee will be required to WHFTA.
