We are pleased to announce that for WHFTA 2025 the option to camp at the venue is now available. But before you all go reaching for your tents, please have a careful read of the information below.
How much is camping at WHFTA 2025 and how do I secure my spot and pay? Camping at WHFTA 2025 is £10.00 per person per night. To secure your place please complete the form below. You'll need your WHFTA 2025 order number to complete your camping booking so when bookings are open, grab your spot and then book your camping. When we receive the correctly completed contact form, we'll email you confirming your place. Payment will be taken at WHFTA 2025.
Note that camping places will only become available once entries go live on 31st January.
How many nights can I stay for? Camping will be available for both the Friday and Saturday night. At the request of the landowner Sunday night will not be available for camping.
Can I camp if I have not entered WHFTA 2025? No. You need to be entered into WHFTA 2025 or be accompanying someone who has entered. We cannot allow non participants on the grounds for camping if the above isn't the case.
What facilities are available for campers? There will be toilets located on the campsite. There are unfortunately no shower facilities or any facilities to refill water available. Additionally, the expectation is that all those camping will take all litter with them when they leave. what we suggest is that those wishing to camp are self-sufficient.
When can I arrive to camp for WHFTA 2025? Those wishing to camp can arrive from 1500 on Friday 5th September.
