I've booked online and received my booking confirmation, what happens now?
firstly, don't lose your booking confirmation! That's it from your end, sit back, relax and get some serious HFT practice in! Once we have received your entry we will work our magic in the background then nearer the event We will publish the WHFTA 2025 entry lists along with groups and sessions!

Will there be catering at WHFTA 2025
There will be some legit catering at WHFTA 2025. So, leave your packed lunches and sandwiches at home! Honestly, the catering is top notch and is run by the very lovely landowner’s family. The quality of the produce is fantastic and is great value for money.

I want to bring someone with me to WHFTA 2025 but they do not shoot, can they come along?
Absolutely! We want as many people to come along and experience what the HFT community is all about! all we ask is that visitors sign in when they arrive at the booking in tent. they'll be issued a visitors pass which they will have to wear for the duration of the event.

Are dogs allowed at WHTA 2025?
There is a very limited number of spaces available for dogs to attend WHFTA 2025. In order to enquire about having your four legged friend accompanying you to WHFTA 2025 please complete the Contact Form at the bottom of this page to get the ball rolling!
