Team WHFTA is excited to announce that the final places available for WHFTA 2021 British Open at Emley Moor on the 18th& 19thSeptember are now ready to be booked!!
Booking can be done via our website here and is super simple, I mean even I can do it! So don’t miss out on what will be 2021’s biggest HFT event. We can promise that this will be different to anything we have done so far.
If you are sat on the fence on whether to attend as you feel this could be a leap too far, I absolutely assure you that you should just ‘jump’, you won’t regret it one bit!
If anyone has any questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to message WHFTA via the Facebook page, contact us on here or just email email@example.com and we’ll endeavour to help you out! Watch this space and our website for further announcements and content.
We have learnt that the Countryside Rocks Show that was to host our 2021 WHFTA competition at Weston Park has now been cancelled and has rebooked Weston Park for 2022. We cannot therefore run the WHFTA round this year at Weston Park. We will be returning to Weston Park in September 2022.
We will however be running a WHFTA event entitled the WHFTA 2021 British Open at Emley Moor FTC over the same weekend 18th and 19th September 2021. This will be run exactly like previous WHFTA events; with 2 courses shot over the 2 days, with a maximum of 360 shooters. Already our good friends at Air Arms have confirmed that they will sponsor the event with prizes and something for each competitor, plus as we are now in a more certain position we hope to get more sponsors on board. As always there will also be cash prizes in the raffle.
For people who have yet to enter we will be open bookings in the very near future, so please keep your eyes peeled on our WHFTA Facebook page, Shooting the Breeze and on our website; whfta.org
If you had already booked 2020 tickets you have the option to transfer the booking to the 2021 British Open or if you are not planning to attend this you can transfer your entry to the WHFTA 2022 event at Weston Park. More details on how to do this will follow shortly.
Here at Team WHFTA we are very excited at the prospect of hosting another world class event. What we can promise you is that although the venue has changed we see this as an opportunity to bring some further advancements to our event, so watch this space! After a very difficult year it will be great to get out shoot some tin chickens and meet old friends!
We would love to be hearing about your preperations leading upto the event, especially for our overseas and interantional shooters. Info can be sent to us via the contact us form. Submissions will be added to our international news page.
Our sponsors have begun to confirm thanks to the tireless work of Pete. We can never express our gratitude enough for it is, aside the shooters themselves, the sponsors who make much of this possible. Updates of the sponsor list will be posted soon. Please show your support.
